Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, the size, and the weight of the product. The shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process, before you complete your purchase.

Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. -
International Shipping:
For international orders, delivery times vary depending on the destination country. In most cases, international orders will take 7-21 business days. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and the size of the order.Note: International shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon arrival, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. AnkoroToys.com is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities.
2. Order Processing Time
The processing time for each product is indicated on the product's individual page. Since all our figures are hand-painted and made to order, processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the design and current demand.
Please be aware that because each piece is handcrafted, additional time may be required during busy periods or for more intricate designs. We will notify you via email once your order has been shipped and provide a tracking number (if available).
3. Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as high order volumes, holidays, customs processing, or shipping carrier issues.
If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us at ankorotoys@gmail.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, there may be some restrictions on shipping to certain regions due to legal or logistical reasons. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us for clarification before placing an order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number (if available) and a link to track your package online. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available after the order has been shipped.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit or does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us at ankorotoys@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged item, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will guide you through the process of providing proof of damage, and depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or other solutions.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are correct when placing an order. AnkoroToys.com is not responsible for orders that are undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package to the correct address.
8. Unclaimed or Refused Packages
If a package is refused upon delivery or goes unclaimed and is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any additional fees to have the package re-sent. We do not offer refunds for unclaimed or refused packages.
