Each figure is unique due to the handcrafted painting process and may have slight variations from the images shown on the website.

4. Purchase Process

To make a purchase at AnkoroToys.com:

  1. Add the desired product to your shopping cart.
  2. Enter your personal information for shipping and billing.
  3. Complete the payment process using one of the accepted payment methods:

Once the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details. We will notify you again when the product has been shipped to the address provided.

  1. Provide proof of box opening through photos or videos.
  2. If the defect is confirmed, you will need to provide proof of the destruction of the product (photos or videos) before we can send a new one.

Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs if applicable.

7. Warranty

No additional warranties are provided other than those specified in the event of manufacturing defects. We do not cover damages due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling by the customer.
